I have been a professional in the health industry since 2010. I utilise strength training and nutrition to assist individuals in achieving their optimal health. I have always been intrigued by the ways which the human body degenerates from stress and disease as well as the ability to heal with the appropriate exercise, manual therapies, nutrition and lifestyle modifications. My primary objective as an educator is helping others to realize the powerful wellness benefits of strength training and myofascial stretching in conjunction with nutrition to achieve a stronger, more flexible, pain-free body.
I have produced consistent results in clients especially those seeking to rehabilitate injuries, improve body composition, or simply improve general health. I continuously educate myself by reading current scientific literature and publishings to expand my knowledge. I endeavor to find the most efficient and effective ways of improving the body through strength training, food, nutrients and manual therapies.
